From your route request to an approved ledger

Five steps. Each one ends with a figure you can check: euro, per person, with the date it was verified.

    Send the route request

    Give us the origin, the destination, your dates and how many students travel. Nothing is charged at this stage.

  2. 02Draft

    We draft the corridor

    One shared planning thread lists every leg with its operator, departure window and price per person in EUR, each figure stamped with a check date.

  3. 03Compare

    Shared and private, on the same row

    Every accommodation line shows the shared dorm bed and the private room side by side, per night and per person. Student fares are marked in amber and need a valid student ID plus an age check at booking.

  4. 04Buffer

    Every border crossing gets a buffer

    Each crossing carries an explicit buffer in hours and the reason behind it, such as seasonal queues on the Krakow side. We plan waiting time, not hope.

  5. 05Approve

    You approve the ledger

    Nothing is booked until you confirm the final ledger. After approval the figures are locked and you pay operators directly.

04 Border waiting buffers

Hours we hold at every crossing

Each crossing on your route gets an explicit buffer in hours, set for the season you travel in. A buffer protects the connection behind it. It is a planning allowance, not a promise about the queue.

    Shoulder-season baseline. We raise it to 6 h in the last week of August, when student coaches overlap.
