What happens next

No payment is taken before you approve the trip ledger. Here is the exact sequence.

    We reply within one working day

    Requests sent Monday to Friday before 18:00 Kyiv time are answered the same working day. Weekend requests are answered on Monday morning.

  2. 02

    The reply is a costed ledger, not a brochure

    You get the route corridor with train and bus options, every price per person in EUR and UAH with the date it was checked, shared bed and private room shown side by side, border crossings listed with a buffer in hours, and student fare rows flagged with the ID and age check required.

  3. 03

    You approve or ask for changes

    Reply with what to keep and what to drop. Swapping a hostel for a dorm, moving a date, or trimming a city is normal and is done before anything is booked. A full rewrite is fine.

  4. 04

    Payment only after approval

    Once you approve the ledger, we invoice the flat planning fee and then book transport and beds for you. Nothing is charged to you earlier in the process, and no card details are collected on this site.

We add no markup to transport or accommodation. The flat planning fee is the only amount paid to us, and it is invoiced after you approve the ledger. Full details of the process are on how it works.
