As a travel agency we disclose company details, registration data, tour terms, total price and consumer rights before booking: Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995, Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
2. Fees, payment, cancellation
Total price, currency and payment schedule appear before booking. Single tax payer; VAT optional. See Refund policy and Public offer agreement. Statutory remedies apply under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
3. Personal data and cookies
Processing has a lawful basis per our Privacy policy under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010, Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.
